"My reservation had breakfast included. Everytime I went to have breakfast they said that my name was not on the list. When I asked a lady from the front desk to help me solve this problem she gave me an email adress so I could complain. The last thing I want while on vacation is to be writing emails to complain about something I have already paid for."

"The apartment was amazing! Lots of space and comfortable beds and chairs and everything was clean and there is a fully stocked coffee machine in the kitchen just waiting to say good morning to you!!!! ... :) The location is awesome!! There is a crazy yummy patat place below it. ..very nice staff there!!. And an awesome-ly and yummy cafe almost directly across the street! I had no idea Almerfoort was so beautiful! We will stay here again!! For sure!! ..and next time for more days!! :) "
