"This is the nicest hotel room I've stayed in. It was on the 6th floor, Excellence room with 2 queen beds. 5th and 6th floors required to tap keycard for access. With modern furniture, the room was layed out exactly how a hotel room should be. Nightstands on both sides, soft lighting to not disturb other sleepers, nightlite in bathroom, very quiet bathroom fan, heat/cooling system near foot of bed and walkway - not blowing in your face. "Not what we were expecting. Pictures on Expedia website show modern, renovated bathrooms. That is not what we experienced. The bathroom was clean but very dated (with a pink tub) The entrance door was not very secure, since the door knob felt like it was going to fall off. No ice bucket in the room. I would only recommend it if you were lucky enough to get an updated room like the pictures show. Otherwise I would not."

"I was very disappointed with my stay. Upon arrival, the staff was barely cordial, and I had to specifically request that the sheets be changed because it was obvious the bed had already been slept in. This was unacceptable and made me question the cleanliness of the room. I will not be rebooking at this location."
