"Clean room, clean and tidy premises, friendly, polite and professional staff, i used self check in and all went well apart from the machine not issuing me keys, but it was still very breezy to get my keys from reception as i did all the preliminary check in and pre auth at the kiosk to the left of reception. We didnt utilose the breakfast, but my kids used the pool, and although i felt bad for any poeple without kids at the pool, everybody at the hotel pool was so accepting of the school holiday...
