"Very comfortable stay and everything clean. Really comfortable beds and all required amenities in room. Housekeeping staff all great, majority of staff in restaurant were excellent, same in bar.
Breakfast was excellent and though we did have to wait a bit, once seated, service was excellent. Gym a bit worn, could do with a facelift but pool and pool area lovely.
Would highly recommend a stay in the Castlecourt, Great location, lovely staff, great food. We will be back. Thank you :)"

8.2 de 10, Muito boa, (611 avaliações)
"We had a nice large room with a bathtub which was quite nice. Geo large beds as well. However the cold water faucet did not work in our bathroom. The bathroom door also did not close and latch. The door was pretty beaten up at the bottom as well. Just needs some maintenance. I wanted to use the pool but the blaring music in the gym was a turn off for me doing that. The breakfast was ok. They said here were hot food options to get made to order but no one who waited on us even offered or told...

"I honestly would give this a 3.5 rating instead of a 4, but it wasn't an option. This hotel is in a good location, but the rooms are very dated. The furniture is worn and tired. The baseboards, doors, and carpets are dented or torn. The upsides to the hotel are the restaurant and bar are great. The food, drinks and staff were all wonderful. I would not stay here again until they've updated the rooms."

"Quarto agradável para 3. Bar com opções de lanche e jantar, atendeu bem a expectativa. Leisure center em reformas, deve melhorar em breve (não entendi bem mas para frequentar a piscina precisa de touca?), boa opção para quem tem crianças. "

O Hoteis.com deveria trazer a informação que de que os quartos eram, na verdade, apartamentos com uma sala, um banheiro, um quarto casal e um quarto com 2 camas de solteiro
