"The property is very remote, secluded and quiet. It is a pet friendly property that our dog very much enjoyed. For hikers this is a great location. We were very unlucky with the weather, so no fire pit or BBQing due to torrential rain (no one can control that). Amenities are solid. It is glamping. There is a gas station approx. 10 minutes away that serves some solid breakfast…Portsmouth is about 45 minutes away for some dinner options."

"The cabin was clean. We do not have pets so I cannot comment on pet friendly. We pretty much had everything needed for our stay. The cabin sits on a small lake and there is a baseball complex on the other side. There is also a small deck and fire ring on the back side but we did not use it, being a bit chilly outside this trip. Wood was provided. Communication with the host were good and we had easy access to the property."

Could NOT adjust temperature on ANY AC unit. There was absolutely NO way to keep 5 adults with luggage in this space. We contacted host multiple times with no response. "2 stars because host seemed very polite to deal with. Other 2 star review very accurate. Heat was terrible. House wasnt clean at all. Mouse droppings found everywhere including on the griddle and in pans in kitchen. Throughout the furniture, bathroom stand beside sink and even on window seals. House and furniture smelled aweful. Mold coming thru bedroom ceiling. Open ended wiring just taped off in ceiling in living room. I feel it could of been great place if taken care of. "
