"We had the best stay at this wonderful home! Spacious home with plenty of room for 6 of us to spread out. The back deck is so peaceful with lake views. The host is great, communication is perfect and entry could not have been easier. Lots of amenities as well. Don’t hesitate to stay here! "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. They paid attention to every detail. The house sits on hole number one of the golf course and when you sit on the deck, it’s a peaceful scenic view. The hot tub works well. My wife and my daughter used it and enjoyed it. We watched Fourth of July fireworks from the deck as well. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything in it you would need. I would recommend it to anyone headed to Altoona. I almost forgot…the chairs! All of the chairs in...

"The property was great for our family of four. Fully functioning kitchen and everything we needed. We walked and fished on Pine Lake. The nearby Eldora Aquatic Center was also a highlight. Tim was a great host."

We had to bring our elderly dog At the last minute and they are so accommodating of dogs—even lent us an extra dog bed for our dogs comfort! The washing machine is amazing too! Just everything was lovely! Thank you! And we highly recommend this place. "

"Pleasant & positive experience! I liked how the house was decorated. Bath towels, bedding provided.Many items available for our use including a coffee maker, toaster, iron & ironing board. Attached garage available for 2 vehicle especially nice for rain or Iowa's Winter weather. Myself, my adult children and their significant other...found this home delightful & convenient location for our stay while we were in the area for a wedding, at Timber Edge. Literally 2 minute drive away "
