"In general the Hotel is quite decent, with a good range of services. Unfortunately they don't serve any alcohol inside the hotel, which can be annoying if you want to like to drink some wine or beer during the meal. Breakfast was OK, and regarding the room I was lucky to book the deluxe room, which is significantly better than the standard rooms. "PLEASE go elsewhere if you have the choice. Poor room service, the restaurant does not have a good decent menu. However, the people working at the hotel are kind and try their best with the limited tools and training they have been empowered with.There is no shuttle service attached to the hotel. You need to make personal arrangements or pay for a taxi."

"The staff is kind, it’s close to shoppin Mall and sososo bus terminal. The bed is big, room is clean. I wanted to go early morning to Mzuzu, but I didn’t catch taxi, but the staff bring my bag to bus terminal by walk as same price. I misunderstood with Clown lodge, it’s seems different accommodation, should be careful especially arriving at night time. The pot didn’t work, a bit loudly music neighbor on weekend."

"Already been there a few times, and again it didn't surprise me. The standard it's quite good! Some rooms in one of the wings need minor renovation works. On the other wing, the rooms are very good. A word to say also about the restaurant which is really great, especially if you are going for meat !"
