"Seems like it is a new VRBO, the property is nice, great location. THERE IS NO AIR CONDITIONING. Maybe they are working on it. However half of our occupants were miserable and overheated, which made for a less than ideal vacation. Yes there were a couple box fans. The front door handle fell off Saturday, still was not fixed by the time we left tuesday. There is no actual private water access, the shoreline needs to be trimmed down and some sort of dock added, or not, but the shoreline is...

"The place was nice and very clean. But, so you are prepared there is no hair dryer or soap in the shower. I typically bring these things, but just to let you know.... No ice maker or ice cube trays either. Amenities were sparse. The place did meet our needs for what we needed it for."

"Easy to find and access. Inside was redone very well, very comfortable with several unexpected bonuses such as games and a coffee bar. Overall an amazing spot for our family of 5 to spend a few nights. The hosts were very responsive to questions and even plowed the parking lot during the stay. Highly recommend!"

"The description and the pictures are very misleading. We drove up walked in and left immediately! THERE IS NO A/C . When you stay in a home especially when it is 95 degrees outside it becomes a sauna. The entire place is so small. I could touch both walls standing in the middle of the room. The pictures of the lake are very misleading. its' a freaking swamp. Also there "boat" they offer was filled with water half sunk into the lank and covered in pond scum. Also not to mention you are one block...

"Place was exactly what we needed for a one night stay during bowling. It was clean, spacious and comfortable. Fred (the owner) was easy to communicate with and always quick to respond. Highly recommend this home. "
