"Parking is good we didn’t have a drink in the bar.
We have stayed here many times over the years but it has gone downhill.
Poor maintenance in the bathroom… no hot water for a shower or a wash!
Went to breakfast and was told we had to be finished within half an hour… people on the next table… the waitress actually asked them to leave!!
My husband complained at reception but they just said ok I’ll let them no… with no apology.
Also check in not very welcoming!

"I recently stayed at your hotel and feel compelled to express my extreme disappointment with my experience. I regret my choice. I trusted reviews, and both my husband and I ended up having a terrible, sleepless night. The room was dark to the point that it was almost impossible to choose what to wear unless we brought our suitcase into the bathroom. The room was cold, and the heating was poor.

"I have stayed at No. 10 several times in the past. It is my go-to place whenever I visit Preston. I have stayed in a few of the different suites and they are all great, but I especially like the Tiffany room because it is a high floor and very quiet and just has a lovely cosy feel to it. "Room was not tidy for 3 people. There was a sofa bed that we opened up and put a sheet on, and thankfully we had a blanket in the car... we had to ask for a towel too. Very good breakfast, good shower, very nice pool. Attentive staff. Proper cleaning."
