"Receptionist lacking knowledge in handling OTA booking reservations. They have difficulties finding my bookings and kept mentioning my reservation was not being found. It took about 30 to 45 minutes to check in a pre-booked guest room. They are also not professional when handling check-in procedures. During check-in time the receptionist was busy with findings charging cables and their phone. Rooms and surroundings can be improved compared to other hotels surrounding this area with similar...

The apartment itself was not very clean, the bathrooms are slightly mouldy. the sofa was dirty with stains on them. place is infested with cockroaches. The pictures are very deceiving. If you booking from another country would recommend you forgo this property. The instructions for getting into the apartment was terrible we wasted 30-45mins sorting it out and had to seek help from another resident. Barely spoke english hard to...
