"Very nice premier hotel. Everything we expect of a top hotel. Large clean room with all amenities. Great big clean shower-toilet. Walk 50m to grand mall. Safe area. Enjoyed my stay here."

"Good location above a mall so it's convenient"

"The staff are amazing and very friendly and helpful. Service is great. The hotel is a little dated and needs some renovations otherwise it’s my favorite hotel to stay at"

"Room needs upgrading - may have had mould. Otherwise fine. Staff helpful but limited in English knowledge."

"Great location in Ketapang. Plenty of restaurants nearby and shopping. Small grocery store next door and a mini mart few doors down from that. Hotel has great bikes for rent if you are brave enough to get out on that road. ;0)"

"I don’t realize that in Indonesia they still have floor for smokers. My first night, I was at room for smoker. Since I don’t smoke, the smell was overwhelming. Fortunately I moved to non smoker floor & room for the next 2 nights. I was enjoying my room very much"
