"This is our second time here, we love the location and the cabin. The accommodations are as advertised and it is a very comfortable rental to stay. We spent 5 days over July 4 and will return again. The host of the property is fantastic. "

"Beautiful location and tbe cabin was perfect, the mattress and shower were wonderful, got alot of quite , needed rest. Kelly was so helpful and friendly. Will definitely reant again from them. "

"Clean and comfy! Great mattresses! Exactly what we needed! My 20 year old son enjoyed the space from parents in the loft bedroom. I enjoyed using the kitchen table as my sewing station. The men enjoyed fishing nearby. Hubby really enjoyed the live music in the downtown at night. We ate in a couple meals a day so there was plenty of dishes and tableware. Host left lots of snacks so. Really enjoyed those. The Keurig seemed to have bit the dust by there was a drip maker too which is what we prefer...

"Overall great stay. Everyone had plenty of space with the kids mostly enjoying the downstairs area. The large dining area was a wonderful way to spend evening meals together with all 14 of us. The views are awesome. Lots of parking, home was clean and A/C worked well. Kitchen got cramped if there were "too many" cooks in it ! The only drawback was access to the water but I believe that is being addressed soon. We had a great time!"

"Brand new property, very nice and roomy for small family. There were 4 adults and 2 small kids in our party. We caught few fish but not as many as we hoped for. Very relaxing. Short drive into Heber Springs for restaurants. "

"My wife and I stayed for a few days and had a great time. The property was very nice and clean. It has a really nice back porch, lots of trees to keep the sun at bay, and a beautiful view of the Little Red.On our first day fishing, my wife caught a 3 1/4-pound Brown Trout. What a beautiful fish! And yes, we returned him healthy to the river.We recommend staying here if you want a nice place to enjoy your time on the river."

"Beautiful new cabin, fully stocked pool, what more could we want? Spent a lovely week here with the family. Great communication with the host and a relaxing getaway!"

"Amazing cabin and caught some of the biggest trout ever on the river. The only drawback was out of the owners hands. The dogs next door bark all day."
