"This location is falsely advertised on booking websites and does not provide clear and transparent description of where it is located. We were charged for a room the was not utilized. The location displayed on the booking websites shows in Raches but it is actually located in Agios Kirykos. This was only discovered after a non-refundable booking was completed. Horrible experience - PLEASE stay away. "

"The sea view pool and the landscaping were so impressive and tranquil. Wish we could have stayed longer. The Molivos apartment was very nice and relaxing with 2 bedrooms , 2 bathrooms, 2 verandas, kitchen. LR, communal pool, 2 extra sunbeds on the grass under a tree, and parking. Perfect apartment for a family or friends. We are going again in July with our 21 and 23 year old children to have quality time. Marina and the staff were very friendly. There’s a little bar near the pool for drinks...

"Property was clean and extremely accommodating. Hotel was generous with filling the fridge with necessities for our family. Amenities were excellent from the pool to the kitchen and washer. "

"The staff was amazing in every way. They are so welcoming and helpful all the time. There is a nice beach just 100 m away and it was beautiful. You can go to chios with bus or taxi in 10 minute time. There are two really nice restaurant and cafes near the beach. The facilities are ok for us. We weren’t expecting 5 star hotel so there is no disappointment for us. Thanks for having us and see you next year. "

"Great location, convenient to Vathy and Kokkari (although you need a car) and the room, really an apartment, was spectacular. Clean, spacious and modern. I'd highly recommend. Plus, washing machine in the room and other modern amenities. "

"Staying at Papa Joe’s house was just perfect. It is the place to be with your family. House is small but cute and cosy. Very accessible and walking distance to the beach and to restaurants. House was perfectly clean when we checked in. We used the barbecue area which was awesome. We will surely book again on our next trip to Samos. "

"Apto. lindo e muito confortável. Longe do agito, pois fica numa área residencial. Como estava com familiares com restrição de locomoção, tínhamos que pegar táxi o tempo todo, porque tem ladeiras próximo ao apto. O único inconveniente, era que o ar condicionado ficava na cozinha, e mesmo que deixasse em temperatura baixa, o ar era fraco, não chegava no quarto."
