"although it looks funky from the outside it's a really great spot- you can really feel the history of the building- built in 1914...
Had a good vibe to it and I just left my door unlocked -not really worried about anybody stealing anything in a place like this-
Some of the place is outdated but that is actually part of its charm
Staff was very attentive in both the restaurant and in the hotel, the food was good, and I had a short but nice conversation with Gail

"The room was more magical than I imagined! The double shower, waterfall, treehouse bathtub! The ambiance was complete. It was clean - even the ferns way up high were dust free. There were lots of thoughtful touches. "

"Always a great stay at NoBo! It’s our regular getaway spot when we want to get out of town for a couple days. Great staff! Very attentive & helpful. It’s very quiet and you’re sure to see lots of deer. Right out your window or at the front door. Make sure to visit Checkpoint wine & tapas bar."
