"This house has everything! Well stocked kitchen; easy and clear directions; perfect out in the country getaway. We kayaked up and down the Little Mo, looked for cool rocks, and relaxed so much. We will be recommending this place to all our friends."

"Great property and wonderful host. We had an enjoyable week at the cabin. It is a great place to relax with nice mountain view from the porch. Good location to make a day trip into hot springs, get a round of golf in at Glenwood cc, swim at Alberts pike/Little Missouri falls. All around good time. "

"My husband and i and our kids and their families had the best time at River Oaks this week! We fished, waded in the river, cooked some great meals and spent lots of time on the outdoor porches. We highly recommend!"

"We had an amazing week at this well appointed, newly remodeled home on the river. We come to this area every year to pick up our kids from camp and to spend some “unplugged” time together. This was the perfect house for our family of 4 plus one aunt and grandma. We kayaked and tubed in the river by day and played air hockey, pool and card games and made s’mores on the campfire at night. We wouldn’t have changed a thing!The property managers were excellent communicators and very accommodating....

"We had a great stay! The house was well equipped and clean. The location is wonderful; private and quiet. We loved the creek and spent most of our time swimming and exploring. We also went crystal mining which was a very close 20 minute drive. Tons of fun and hope to come back!"

"The house was lovely. Clean and just as described. Lots of clean towels and bedding available. Just a short walk to the river. Very comfortable. We traveled with our children and grandchildren for a family vacation. One thing, if you travel with toddlers, there is no baby gate for the stairs. They are wooden and have no rails on one side. Not a problem, just be aware. Also, there aren't many cooking pans available to use. Overall it was a wonderful get away spot and we enjoyed the porches,...

Very remote but we had no visitors even tho we stayed on Friday the 13th lol! Floating the Caddo was a bonus. Will definitely visit again. "
