"We needed a place for the week as close as possible to Randolph Macon college, this was the most perfect, cozy home. We enjoyed our stay there. House was perfect size, nice and cool during the hot summer week. The house was very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend it to anyone anytime. Our host Heather was very responsive and helped set up everything that was needed. "

"This house has been so well kept. It is amazing how they provide everything you need. My family, of 6, was very comfortable and had plenty of room. If you are looking for a place to stay that is not too far from Busch Gardens, I highly advise this lovely home."

"The house was even more beautiful and spacious than the pictures - very up to date, clean and well designed. We were extremely comfortable. The owners went above and beyond to ensure that everything you could possibly need was provided. The high quality and attention to detail made our family feel like we were staying in a 5 star hotel.The location was perfect with most attractions and interests being 8 minutes away.If we come back to the area we will definitely stay here again.Great...

"The house was very, very nice. The description of house, amenities, and pictures are very accurately. The rental was very clean and we didn’t want for anything. The property POC provided the ultimate in customer service and was available if needed. Their communication was on point and they were quick to respond. We were in town to celebrate a bird that and attend an event close to VCU. The rental was close to VCU and downtown. This is a lovely home and would definitely recommend to others and...

"Facility was just right for 5 adults and two children. Older couple appreciated ground floor bedroom and bathroom. One suggestion: please let people know there is no ice machine is the refrigerator and there are no ice trays either, so you must bring bag ice. "
