Better to bring your own bath towels. Super hardworking staffs especially those who serve at the restaurant, they work from 7am till 10pm. Big respect! Reception staffs are friendly and helpful too. The only issue is the aircon in the room, it switches off automatically almost every hour, hard to maintain a cool enough room...

"The property has a terrible regard to cleanliness and comfort of their guests. Too many cleanliness issues from the room, to their restaurant even in its public area to get to the guest rooms. Shame because the beach is great for swimming, calm waters and great sand. The pool is not bad at all as well. Other than those two, I would not recommend this property to anyone who wants to go to Bintan for a quick R&R - not only that its more than an hour from the terminal, the property is just not...
