"The property is beautiful. Private yard and pool. Super well-maintained. Amazing view from living area upstairs. Think ahead for food; we arrived on a Sunday in mid-May and all the markets and most of the restaurants were closed. No dining facilities on site and don’t plan on “walking into town”, as it’s about 1.5 km away and it’s a steep uphill on the way back. Communication had challenges. On the eve of my departure for Greece, I received an email with check-in instructions all in Greek...

"We had a fantastic time at this great villa. It was spotlessly clean, and very comfortable with good quality towels and crockery, etc. The outside space was very well kept and the pool was a good size and very well used by us. The view was to die for and our host very generous and provided us with local wine, eggs and other lovely stuff. Highly recommended. Also recommend Kyriakos restaurant at Politika - fantastic food and service "

"The apartment was amazing. Beautiful decor, spacious, well appointed and incredibly comfortable. The balcony was beautiful with west facing views and gorgeous sunsets. Walking distance to many lovely restaurants and cafes. As well, close to Delphi and other towns/villages along the coastline of the Gulf of Corinth such as Galaxidi and Erateini. So stunning and beautiful. Efi was an amazing host. Always there for us. Overall a most enjoyable stay in Efi’s apartment in Itea. "

"What a beautiful villa! We were a family of 7 adults, 3 teenagers and a 19 month old toddler, we all loved our stay it was so relaxing and fantastic being so close to the beach, BBQ’s and wonderful to have an authentic Greek meal cooked for us two nights from a recommendation from Maissa. We will be back 😀"

"Une merveilleuse semaine ! Un véritable havre de paix loin du tumulte citadin et des tourisme à outrance. La maison est équipée d’un four et de plaques électriques, de grands plats et de matériel adapté pour plusieurs personnes. "O hotel é familiar, muito bom, muito bem cuidado e com ótima localização. A principal atração da cidade pode ser feira a pé, a partir do hotel. Os donos do hotel estão sempre presentes, são muito simpáticos e auxiliam nas dicas sobre a cidade. A cidade é muito concorrida e não é muito fácil conseguir uma vaga para estacionar o carro, no final da tarde, nas imediações do hotel. Tive muita sorte e consegui vaga na porta do hotel, nos dois dias q lá fiquei hospedada. O café da manhã é diversificado e saboroso. Ter me hospedado neste hotel foi uma boa escolha."
