The room was clean, modern, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The view from the balcony was amazing! "Beautiful location right across from the beach. Great view of Batumi from our balcony. Really enjoyed the cafe on the property, we were there every day for coffee and the sandwiches were surprisingly good as well. It’s a new property with some construction happening, but nothing that disturbed our stay aside from a few quick power outages. "Everything was great except for the fact that parking was very difficult. The hotel is located on a very very steep hill and driving up the driveway is very challenging since it is made of very old stone and is messed up everywhere. I asked Alex at the reception about it and he stated they are not allowed to fix the road because of its archaeological significance."

"I got pretty surprised by the building itself. It was very smart to turn an old factory into a hubris complex. Coworking, hostel, restaurant, stores. It is really amazing. I’m a huge fan of reconstructed/destroyed/concrete architecture and this hostel goes exactly in this direction. Great lights design, rooms design is amazing and I even had a sound system (I booked the “flat”). People are nice and the service is great. It’s an amazing place to stay with friends, family, coworkers or, like me, solo. I loved Tbilisi and will definitely come back and stay at Fabrika again. "
