"There was so many mosquitoes in our room. We got to change room, but had to spend the night moving. Also, new room had a very bad smell and was not maintained well. Very expensive room for the standard you get."

According to him weather was ok but weather was terreble and came back home because no place to stay at the night. I had to block my card as well. The worst experience I have ever had. "When I arrived at the property, despite me canceling my previous reservation, they were confused as they saw two reservations, and even after me showing that I had canceled it, they still gave me a hard time. They should have better communication with the booking agency so that this does not happen to someone else in future. The room was OK but nothing spectacular. "Very rural location which meant we were very aware of the noise of village dogs during the night. It is an 8 minute tuktuk ride from the Dambulla bus stand, but only a 600 metre walk to the access to the Dambulla Cave Temples. The bathroom was tired and could do with a significant refresh."

"Stayed 1 night in August. Very nice, small hotel with a peaceful, quiet atmosphere in a great convenient location. On our arrival the staff was very accommodating and prepared curry for dinner for 2 of us- it was delicious, we appreciated the gesture! Our room was large with both A/C and a ceiling fan, and very clean. The pool was amazing after a day of exploring, and breakfast was very tasty. Would recommend for a relaxing stop."
