"I stayed at the Nera Hotel for two nights with my Partner. Having booked online and paid there was a confusion on check in concerning whether i had paid. The room was shabby with one of the shower doors missing, A towel rail was leaning against the wall, not attached. The ac was not working properly and we asked for it to be fixed to no avail. "The wifi is weak"

"I really enjoyed my three nights here. Breakfast could be better, but I’m not a breakfast person so I will let it slide. Overall the hotel was pretty excellent and the staff were brilliant, helpful and cordial. One big negative was that the hot tub advertised on Expedia as part of the hotel facility is actually not free to use. It costs a whooping N400k to use for 2 hours. This has to be stated clearly on the hotel website. "
