"Nice new hotel in a good location. Rooms, although small but have lots of storage space. and quite comfortable. Hotel has a small but nice/ clean spa/swimming pool. Breakfast not included in the room price. Charging for breakfast is quite an outdated concept, almost all hotels, specially high standard hotels offer breakfast free of charge. "

"the location was a distance from the main city centre, but there is a bus stop right outside the hotel which was very convenient. The helpful lady at the reception desk gave me information on the bus to take to the city centre as well as to Samal bus station for Turkistan. Thank you. Breakfast spread was good. the room very spacious and although i didn't get a nice view, the bed was the most comfortable i had slept on on this trip. will definitely stay here again if i am in Shymkent."
