"The property is super cozy and comfortable for our family of four adults. Accessibility is excellent with a large bedroom on the main floor with plenty of space to walk around in and great bathroom also on the main floor with a very accessible shower. Both bathrooms appear newly updated. The upstairs bedroom is very cute, has plenty of space and both beds are extremely comfortable. The house was extremely clean, and I really appreciated the patio in front with comfortable sofa and chairs....

"We were visiting Mayo Clinic & Hospital and traveling with our dog. This home was comfortable, perfectly located for our appointments, and the fenced in yard with a park across the street was what we needed for our canine companion. The owner was responsive to our questions and kindly allowed us extra days when we had to stay longer than planned. I would recommend this VRBO without hesitation."

"The house has been recently renovated, so it is very up-to-date. Bedding was excellent. It is a very cozy house - perfect for recuperation! Would only point out the misspelling of the word Quiet in the listing - should be corrected. "

"Owner was easy to chat with. I liked all the amenities. Great bathroom. I liked that condiments and coffee were in the fridge. And, the house is in a nice and safe location. Perfect little park across the street with a creek running through it. "

"My mom and I stayed here while we were in town for a book signing. It's an old home that has been upgraded, but still feels unique (the floors are beautiful). It's the perfect size for 2-3 people. The heat lamp in the bathroom is great. Nice quiet neighborhood and within walking distance to downtown and the library! Fair warning that the washer and dryer are not free (coin-operated), so if you had a longer stay, be prepared for that! "
