"Great all round star hotel and resort with multiple facilities"

"The room was in unacceptable condition — damp and mouldy walls, a strong musty smell, broken sink, and leaking air conditioning. I complained and was moved to another room, but it also had a strong damp smell. I contacted Expedia about a refund but received no satisfactory resolution. I have photos documenting the conditions. "Absolutely brilliant, clean, modern decor, brilliant staff polite and courteous, stayed for 13 nights, can't fault at all, 2 great restaurants on site, walking distance to all amenities, comfortable spacious room with air condition, tea/coffee facilities and fridge in the room, "
