"Very family friendly and the staff was amazing. Also had a gluten free breakfast area and some good options for dinner, including gluten free pasta! There is almost zero beach access now though. We were disappointed by that. "

"Sweet little hotel and good staff. The breakfast could be picked up a little bit, I found that many of the dishes were cold when they should’ve been warm and the pastries were not up to standards. Yeah, beer was about $24 when asked for two small beers. Good thing no there’s a grocery store right across the street. Lots of great restaurants around, but don’t eat at the Lebanese one that’s close to the hotel, we sent two dishes back."

"Depois de 2 dias e da utilização de 3 voos, a chegada ao hotel foi tardia. O quarto fornecido não era em piso elevado, como havíamos solicitado, mas depois de uma desculpa que não nos convenceu, foi-nos prometido um quarto no 3.º piso no dia seguinte, o que veio a acontecer.O mar não é aconselhável. Águas barrentas e a possibilidade de jellyfish, como o hotel honestamente anuncia em cartaz. Bom jacuzzi. O pior, a presença de uma instalação sonora 50 metros do hotel que pouco antes das 6 horas...

"The hotel has great conditions, the views over the sea are amazing, the room is very good and clean. On the other hand, the service could be improved, namely in the chapters around the swimming pool. In fact, it was more like a fun-recreative area or a diversion-park: we could not stay there more than 3 minutes. All the rest, positive points."

"The room was spotless and well appointed. There is a local hawker centre about 400 meters away which we walked to for dinner. The bus stops were very handy and only 2MR to George Town. Zeus coffee was 5 mins across the road which my coffee enthusiastic enjoyed for price and quality. "

"Room key didnt work, cleaner let me in. Rather than send me a new key up, i had to go down. No juice in bar, could if got from another bar or restaurant. Card reader in bar not working had to send porter to room to pay. Pool bar unattended. Room service pizza terrible and cant put on room charge and again card reader issues."

"プールバーでのんびりを目的に宿泊しました。朝は混んでいますが、11時から毎日プールの清掃が入ります。その時間から16時くらいまではガラガラになります。プールバーは、ビールが1,000円くらいです。スタッフは常に笑顔で気持ちいい対応です。部屋のシャワーは、水捌け完璧、温度は夜中以外はアツアツ。トイレットペーパーは東南アジア仕様なので、巻きが甘いです。日本から持参して正解。お水も毎日4本補充されます。宿泊客は現地の方が多めの印象。総じてとても良いホテルでした。特にスタッフの方たちの笑顔とホスピタリティが良かったです。"
