"The worst and very disappointing thing was to arrive and don’t receive the support remotely to unlock the principal door as was instructed; fortunately an employee from the building aside helped us. "Working in Brighton and I'm so pleased we dropped on this gem! The hosts are so welcoming and easy to talk to you. We had a lot of stress whilst working in the area, but this was the perfect place to wind down after a busy day. Beds were comfortable, even the sofa bed. Information sent prior to arrival was to clear to understand so we didn't have any stresses over how to open the window or sofa bed. "O hotel é ligado ao Terminal Sul do aeroporto de Gatwick por um corredor coberto. 5, 6 minutos caminhando. Otimo. O hotel é bonito, limpo, tem 3 restaurantes e um bar. Os restaurantes so abrem as 17h. O bar fica aberto e serve refeições tambem. Alias, nele comi um dos melhores chicken wings da minha vida. O quarto é confortavel. O cafe da manha excelente. No meio da noite o alarme de incendio soou. Ligamos varias vezes pra recepcao pra saber o que estava acontecendo e ninguem nunca atendeu o fone. Meu marido precisou ir la para ser informado tinha sido alarme falso. Mas no restante, o hotel é otimo!"

"O hotel é muito decadente, tudo velho, ficamos muito decepcionados, pois, pelo valor cobrado, deveria ser melhor. O hotel ao lado, Leonardo Royal Hotel, cobra o mesmo preço e é bem superior. O hotéis.com não nos apresentou este hotel. Nos fizeram esperar até 15h para ir para o quarto. A piscina térmica estava gelada. Não pudemos usar o spa, o qual foi motivo de escolha do hotel. Esperamos um retorno deste inconveniente bem no dia do meu aniversário, que era para ser de comemoração."
