"Hotel quite dated throughout, room was a good size and comfortable bed. Cleanliness not up to standard, hairs spotted in bathroom and on towels. Marks on duvet covet. Bathroom could do with a upgrade as looked quite worn. Breakfast was okay, although food was cold. For the price, not worth the stay. Hotel room was very hot and would have expected a fridge for the price. Overall would not recommend or stay again."

"The room itself was clean, but not well maintained. No bedside light so a bit annoying. The bathroom was not clean as clean as it should have been, hair in the sink, and no plug. The shower nearly flooded as drainage wasn't that great. I didn't have breakfast or go to the bar. Considering it was the middle of a heatwave, no fans were provided."

"We live this place, have been there lots but Patios and outside areas could have been a bit cleaner. Rooms are not very soundproof. We were on the ground floor this time and had people walking above us all night. On the plus side, Staff are very friendly and helpful and the food is delicious and reasonably priced."

"Absolutely spot on. We expected quite simple / basic accommodation and were pleased to find it as anticipated - a small cabin like bedroom simply fitted out but completely adequate and spotlessly clean. We didn't arrive until just after 8pm but were cheerfully greeted by a very helpful Chris (despite him being towards the end of a busy day for him - when we arrived he was part of a small team clearing up after a wedding or birthday celebration of some size). He directed us towards a nearby place...

"Love the location. Staff that I met were v friendly. The food was excellent and well worth the stay. The room was comfortable and pleased to see coffee bags rather than the disgusting tubes of Nescafe which most hotels do. There were a couple pf things which werent so good but it wouldnt stop me staying again. In the evening the water took a while to warm up which was ok however in the morning it didnt at all.
