"The minibar (refrigerator) was not working since the 2nd day. The issue was reported by phone, but nothing was done, then we reported it personally at reception, still n nothing done. The problem was fixed only when we reported the issue to the manager."

"The property was clean and comfortable, the bed and pillows especially so (I wanted to buy pillows to take home!). The food was plentiful and delicious. I do wish the hotel put the games and hang out area in a different spot from the dining as we had several meals disturbed by children making a lot of house running around and/or playing foosball."
