"A propriedade é muito bonita e bem preservada. As vistas são de tirar o fôlego, tanto no quarto quanto nos restaurantes/saguão. Não falamos alemão e fomos atendidos com muita educação e atenção em inglês. O spa é bonito, limpo e confortável. Adoramos."

"Avoid this hotel. It’s located on a steep uphill, making it very difficult to reach if you’re traveling with multiple suitcases or young children. The elevator wasn’t working, so we had to carry all our heavy luggage up to the top floor. The room had no air conditioning. It was extremely hot, and opening the windows for fresh air only filled the room with bugs. For the exorbitant price they charge, this hotel isn’t worth even 10% of the cost. I would not recommend staying here."

"Lugar maravilhoso a beira do lago, porém o quarto é muito apertado e para ir ao banheiro tem uma escada , e o hotel não dispõe de elevador, como estamos em uma viagem de 9 dias e com malas grandes tivemos dificuldades. "

"The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful on our check in and check out. We stayed in the junior suite which was a lovely space with character including exposed lovely wooden beams over 100 years old and decorated with wonderful sketches and tasteful suitcases in the stairways. The space is economically and efficiently used with very little waste. The rain shower always makes me happy and the air conditioning was a must have in the hot summer evening. "We had an amazing stay! We were receptioned by Ursula, who showed us the apartment, how everything worked and we could get in touch with her if we needed anything. We were really surprised with the apartment! It is really big, has everyting you'll need during your stay and has also a great location. Would definetely recomend the stay!"

"We had a lovely time at the property. It was clean, idyllic and quiet. We went there in the middle of a hot summer, so it can get uncomfortable during the day as there is no air conditioning, but there is plenty of things to do around to keep one selves active and occupied around the charming little town."
