Varanda sem luz (quebrada a lâmpada), quarto sem ar condicionado. Mobiliário precisa reforma. Não está a altura de estrela Michelin o restaurante de jeito nenhum. "

"The hotel looks a lovely place but it lacked on customer service and hence the atmosphere was rather cold.
There was only one nice waitress and actually talked to us.
It is a shame as I represent many large companies and Travel Agents in the UK that are always keen to find the perfect hotel, place etc. for their events.
So far the Yacht Hotel in Prien by Chiemsee proved to be the best option as well as some other hotels in Bavaria.
I appreciate making money is important but the customer...

Personal super nett und auch das Frühstück war gut.
Enttäuscht war ich von der Massage. Diese entsprach eher einer Ölung.
Ein paar Deutschvokabeln im ausgeübten Beruf wären da hilfreich.
Entgegenkommend wurde mir die Sauna aufgeheizt sodass ich dort wenigstens noch Entspannen konnte."

Der står, at der er mulighed for at bestille morgenmad, men dette er ikke korrekt. Der findes ikke personale på stedet."
