Had an unfortunate incident where the room key didn’t work twice, so a bit of a trek back and forth to the room as the hotel is pretty big, but otherwise this was our second positive stay here this year. Incredibly helpful reception staff kindly gave us a free upgrade and added breakfast when they realised it wasn’t on our original booking. Rooms and furniture are a little tired in places, so a refresh would be welcomed. And ideally a fridge in each room would be great for...
