"Staff were brilliant and very helpful Food was great coffee excellent. Not so keen on swimming pool been were everyone can look in and the room was very dated and warm, the fan hardly worked and we had a disabled room as there wasn’t anything separate the toilet and shower so water went all over the toilet. It’s was one night so we just got on with it.. but food and staff were excellent."

"O hotel tem algumas centenas de anos, então, não tem elevador, se você ficar no segundo andar e tiver malas terá de esforçar um pouco para carregá-las. Fiquei no quarto single, muito pequeno, com 2 malas fica difícil de se movimentar dentro do quarto. Não há ar-condicionado nos quartos apenas aquecimento. Café da Manhã é bom estilo Inglês com ovos, bacon, feijão, tomates, linguica, cogumelos.... café, chá e sucos.... pães manteiga e geleia. "

"We stayed two nights in early June ‘26. The rooms left much to be desired. They were worn out and dated. The bathroom definitely needs updating- dirty with peeling paint and the toilet would not flush on our last morning. Not much fun. There is no AC, so windows are open in every room making for a lot of noise from the parking lot and jets heading into MAN Airport (right in the flight path). "I went to Manchester to watch a football match and wanted a hotel to sleep and rest. Great hotel, very good breakfast and free parking. I recommend it."

"It was strange during this current situation. Very quiet. The only issue I had was that the water was cold. It was very unpleasant getting a shower in cold water. I would like to stay again in more ‘normal’ circumstances."
