"A limpeza do espaço está de acordo, no entanto, o espaço é muito barulhento. Era possível ouvir tudo do quarto ao lado e os corredores. Porém, o quarto possui uma cama extremamente confortável e aquecedor potente. "

"The bedroom was good with two comfortable double beds. Shower but no bath but not an issue for us. Room was quite warm. A fan is provided. Be aware that the gym and parking is an additional cost, although not expensive."

"Excellent value for money, very spacious property suitable for up to four adults."

"Stayed here a few times when it was Redwings Lodge. Always the ideal place for me, as it is near the Civic Hall. Basic amenities, but all you need. No bells or whistles."

"A wonderful hotel, everything was super nice, the room, (given a upgrade), the food outstanding, and the friendliest you could have ever meet. Definitely will book when next in the area."

"Very friendly staff"

"Lovely characterful charming building. Really comfy bed and bedding. A little tired in areas but overall a great stay and would return again."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Really good stay all round. Staff were lovely, food was lovely and everything was spot on. The rooms are a little dated but very well maintained. For what you pay, you really can’t complain. Would definitely stay again."

"Reception staff fairly friendly bar staff not so we waited over 10 mins for a member of staff no show so I went to reception we’re both the reception lady and the lady from the bar were just casually chatting and no apology for keeping us waiting"

"The hotel is in a good position for one stop when travelling. We had no hot water, staff were apologetic but they did not have a solution. Handy for motorway services."

"Staff were helpful, pleasant and friendly. Clean room and good breakfast."
