"Really lovely stay. The room was very spacious, spotlessly clean and well kept, with a modern bathroom. The spa was excellent, and it was especially nice to relax in the hot tub overlooking the mountains. Breakfast had a great range of options, including a hot breakfast and continental selection, and the food was excellent. Would definitely stay again. The only slight downside was the £10 parking charge, although I appreciate parking in the area is limited."

"Awful stay! From check in u til checking out it was a catalogue of errors. Dirty breakfast area, broken coffee machine, food running out. Staff seemed unable to respond appropriately and there was no obvious leadership present which should have offered some direction. It took 2 hours and 3 attempts to check in and they still got it wrong. I arranged the trip for my guests and I felt embarrassed that I had chosen this hotel due to our experience."
