"We stayed 7 nights and it was first in this hotel in Bad Gastein. Very professional and helpful staff in reception with good advices on sightseeing, dining and travelling. We were pleased with kitchen facilities, that we used mainly for breakfast and for finishing a day with a glass of wine. The spa was excellent, after 15-20 km hike it was such a pleasure to relax in saunas. The hotel had a transfer that we used upon leaving which was convenient with heavy luggage. "Don’t think twice and just book this hotel. The location is wonderful, views beautiful, staff are lovely, food is incredible. One of the best breakfast buffets we have had. We booked half board and the dinner each night was over the top delicious. Kids loved the pools and enjoyed the kids club. Will return!"

"The owner and staff are extremely obliging and helpful. They even went the extra mile to run a shopping errand for me when I realised I'd left some key items at my previous hotel. The food is excellent; delicious, authentic and very filling portions. The dining room setting is lovely and they clearly do everything to maintain the property. They even made a packed breakfast+lunch for us because we had a 4.30am departure to hit a mountain route. Room was very good. The only thing I would hope...

"Sehr schöne, saubere und modern eingerichtete Unterkunft. Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Unterkunft war sehr gut und auch vollständig ausgestattet. Frühstücksbuffet reichhaltig und lecker. Restaurant auch sehr empfehlenswert mit schöner Aussicht im Freien. Wellnessbereich leider nicht genutzt, war aber bei der Besichtigung auch sehr einladend. Wir waren zum Familienurlaub mit 3 Kindern 4 Tage dort und fühlten uns wirklich gut aufgehoben. "

"We were travelling with our 1 year old son and were really impressed with the hotel set up for youngsters. Small things like a nappy bin and a baby bath being provided along with a cot and high chair. Kids being allowed to use the pool until 6pm but retaining adult only space in the sauna area. A playground on site and the media room full of toys. We could keep the baby occupied but also enjoy some child-free relaxation. The location is wonderful, an easy drive from Salzburg, walking distance...
