"The best part of this hotel is the sea view (at least from my room), a good bed and a good breakfast. All the rest such as furniture, carpets, walls and doors painting in the corridors and inside the room are very damaged by time and lack of maintenance. The cleanliness was very bad, I found a lot of long hair on the carpet, which was not mine (I have short hair) - throughout my stay there. "The room was ok,but you could smell kitchen odours in the bathroom . The evening meals were poor, alot of the meals did not have the ingredients and the meals were poorly cooked. Lacked organisation "

"It is an excellent location, beautiful sea view rooms overlooking south bay, close to local amenities, there is a lift to take you down to the seafront and back again, only cost £2.50, I recommend it for the view. Rooms are serviced every day, great friendly staff, great restaurant and it’s dog friendly too, don’t take my word for it! Just go and enjoy 😊 "
