"O espaço envolvente é lindíssimo e este hotel tem a sua mais-valia precisamente neste aspecto. De facto realçamos a paisagem envolvente como elemento desinibidor do stress. Aconselho este hotel para quem pretender repousar em paz e sossego"

"Don’t be put off by the low price. The room was clean, well equipped and comfortable. The staff were very polite and helpful. Compares very favourably with a Premier Inn."

"Quarto limpo e espaçoso. "

"Overall, the hotel is quite nice. Unfortunately, it’s challenging to contact the front desk from the rooms and we had to request three times to get a second set of towels for the two of us. The air conditioning wasn’t turned on so the room was quite stuffy as the windows do not open. The location was superb, the staff friendly, and the room was comfortable. Overall, a nice experience."

"Staff were very helpful and the breakfast was great - the place is is in a very tranquil setting. Hard not to like!"

"Large recently upgraded hotel great facilities. Clean. Car parking a problem no doubt because many event rooms all packed on saturday night. Bath ouldnt be emptied as drain lifter broken , reported. Really good breakfast. Lovley large room."

"very helpful staff"

"A great place to stay in Statford, close to the main turistic point s of the city such as Royal Shakespeare Company, City Centre/Shakespeare's Birth Place and the Avon River's banks. Don't miss the breakfast. It's a must."

"The Grovsner requires a paint job especially outside. Unfortunately in our room there was no hairdryer, toilet brush, extra pillows and information regarding the amenities in the hotel or any information regarding things to do in Stratford Upon Avon. I went to the disabled toilets in reception and the floor was quite dirty the next day I went again and it had not been cleaned the same stains were still on the floor. The staff were great but I wouldn't stay again because of the lack of things...

"Equipe pessima"

"O hotel é ótimo. Exatamente como nas fotos. O que me desagradou foi a existência de escadas, sem possibilidade de trocar o quarto . Embora o prédio tivesse elevador, para chegar no meu quarto havia escadas. Outra coisa, solicitei alterar o check- out para as 12 horas e não me abriram possibilidade. "

"Bom hotel! Ótimo café da manhã! Bem localizado"

"Lovely hotel perfect location for the airport. Highly recommend"
