"We arrived just after midnight. The staff were very couteous and helpful. There was a mix up with booking the free shuttle. I never received a confirmation or knew who to look for so ended up catching a taxi. Instead we received a free shuttle back to the airport before lunch. "広大なビーチの状況を確認するために宿泊した。 ビーチの砂の質は世界最高クラスで大変満足した。 しかし、ビーチの管理方法には改善が必要な点があった。 ①ビーチのごみについて 　現状、ホテルスタッフはごみを収集してない。ごみは毎日収集すること。 ②ビーチで植物の枝や葉っぱの焼却について 　枝や葉っぱの焼却ごみがビーチに散乱している。即刻禁止すること。 ③ビーチに設置されたゴミ箱について 　強風や大雨でゴミ箱のごみが海中／ビーチに流出する可能性があるので撤去すること。 ④宿泊者の意識改善について 　ビーチにペットボトル、スプーン、フォーク、ストロー等が散見された。 　ホテル側からチェックイン時にビーチ保護の説明等を宿泊者にすべき。"
