"This hotel has bicycles available for guests, and most of the staff is very attentive. Unfortunately, the gentleman working in the coffee shop was unable to make me a cappuccino with lactose-free milk, and when he finally did, it tasted terrible. He still charged me for it, and then asked if I could pay his bill so he could go upstairs. Aside from him, the rest of the staff was amazingly friendly and welcoming. "A perfectly charming hotel with the friendliest, most thoughtful staff of any hotel I’ve ever stayed in. We were there five nights in a spacious room with beautiful appointments. The pool is perfect for cooling off in the afternoon. The front desk arranged a sailboat cruise for us and yoga every morning on the roof at 6:30 AM. I can’t wait to come back to this dreamy place a block from the ocean. "

"O hotel é bem localizado, na região existem boas opções de restaurantes e fica próximo a praia. Os funcionários são muito prestativos e sempre dispostos a ajudar. As instalações são limpas, quarto e banheiro também limpos. O quarto é comfortável, com amplo espaço, cama confortável e o ar condicionado funciona muito bem (fato que é muito importante). O que pode melhorar é o café da manhã que apesar de ser no estilo buffet apresenta poucas opções, e todos os dias são servidos as mesmas receitas."

We were there for a wedding weekend and they were fully booked and they didn’t have any rooms to move us to. They said they may be able to move us the following day.
