"I had a wonderful experience at the hotel. The only thing I didn't like was the Spa. It was absolutely the worst spa and massage I've ever had and there was some suspicious behaviour in there which I avoided. However, I know that the spa is run separately. I would just recommend the management of this hotel to disassociate with the Spa and/or remove its mention from the website. Otherwise the hotel itself was perfect. Great food, great service, really wonderful experience."

"O hotel é bem localizado, na região existem boas opções de restaurantes e fica próximo a praia. Os funcionários são muito prestativos e sempre dispostos a ajudar. As instalações são limpas, quarto e banheiro também limpos. O quarto é comfortável, com amplo espaço, cama confortável e o ar condicionado funciona muito bem (fato que é muito importante). O que pode melhorar é o café da manhã que apesar de ser no estilo buffet apresenta poucas opções, e todos os dias são servidos as mesmas receitas."

The pool is perfect for cooling off in the afternoon. The front desk arranged a sailboat cruise for us and yoga every morning on the roof at 6:30 AM. I can’t wait to come back to this dreamy place a block from the ocean. "

"Hot water in the shower of the villa was not working. Never knew of hot water issues in an 5 star resort. Horrible service for villa guests. A cup of coffee took an hour to be delivered. Incredible property but horrendous service"
