I expected the below to be resolved in hours, but it took three days: • Batteries in A/C (not actually air conditioning) remote - after asking 3 times was given the batteries out of the unit in reception. • No shower gel in shower - asked 3 times. "Amazing place in a local village half an hour away from Prague. The great sunny weather gave us the opportunity to have tremendous morning hikes before going to Prague for the rest of the day.
