Die Cheminée hitzt und kreiert unglaublich gemütliches Gefühl. Die Hütte hat sogar einen Kinderspielzimmer mit Spielzeuge und Bücher. Beschreibung des Ankunftweges - es ist gut erklärt, dass im Winter die Hütte nur zu Fuss erreichbar ist, allerdings um sie zu erreichen muss man 2x die Piste überqueren, was je nach Saison und Tag anspruchsvoll sein...

"Um hotel simples, para os padrões de St. Moritz, mas muito confortável, quarto moderno, localização ótima. O restaurante parceiro ( onde servem o café da manhã tem um dos melhores fondues da cidade, a preço muito bom."

"A receptação do hotel é pequena. O quarto é amplo, tem frigobar com água (free) e cama ampla e confortável, além de ar condicionado. O hotel não dispõe de restaurante, nem de serviço de quarto. O café da manhã é bom e com alimentos de qualidade. As funcionárias que atendem no café da manhã são extremamente gentis e prestativas. O hotel fica a menos de cinco minutos da estação de trem e tem fácil acesso ao centro histórico, oferecendo aos hóspedes o Guest Card Chur, passe de ônibus urbano ilimitado e de desconto em alguns museus. Chegamos por volta das 13h com nosso bebê de 6 meses, após uma longa viagem com o Berninna Express. Entendo que o check-in seja às 15h, mas senti falta de um pouco mais de boa vontade por parte do recepcionista em verificar se havia algum quarto disponível antes do horário ou alguma alternativa para acomodar uma família com bebê."

"Instalações limpas. Calefacao e banheiros otimos. Cozinha impecável. Perto da estação de trem de Chur. Mas se chegar a noite fica um pouco difícil de achar. MAPS não e preciso e os moradores não sabem informar o local. Falam inglês com sotaque de um dialeto local bem difícil de entender. Mas o hostel é padrão suiço. Voltaria, com certeza, ainda mais que já sei a localização. "

"Wonderful hotel with breathtaking views, truly a memorable stay. Overall, everything was very well executed, and the level of service across the team was excellent. The food was outstanding, and the bar and restaurant staff were particularly attentive and welcoming. There are, however, a couple of points worth highlighting for improvement. Upon arrival, we didn't have a hotel tour, and only at check-out did we discover there was a dedicated children’s area, something that would have made a meaningful difference for us traveling with a 20-month-old. Additionally, the concierge experience did not fully meet expectations. When seeking recommendations for restaurants and activities, the level of guidance and engagement felt limited, especially considering the overall positioning of the hotel. That said, these points did not overshadow what was otherwise an excellent experience. With small adjustments in guest orientation and concierge proactivity, the hotel could easily deliver a flawless stay."
