"Tired hotel, badged as Newcastle but around 7 miles outside. Disappointing that food closed at 9.30 with no room service available. No options to eat within walking distance. Having stayed at 10 other village hotels this is the worst by far and in need of a makeover."

"Visited before and same positive experience, staff are friendly and helpful. Room is clean and spacious with hot water from shower and great views over harbour and sea. Food in bar and breakfast was delicious. Overall no complaints!"

"Great location however the house was not clean on arrival despite owner stating it had been cleaned. I needed to clean sour milk which was throughout the fridge. There was lots of mould and damp spots in the bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen.
