"Pleasantly surprised and would highly recommend. Room was spacious and clean. Loved the wines glasses! The breakfast was perfectly adequate and the shared kitchen clean and pleasant to sit in. We paid for carpark and were allowed to leave car the next for a visit of the city. A nice 20 minutes walk along the canal. Host very prompt and polite by text once we had booked. "Gary and Nicola we very welcoming We had a most enjoyable stay.The house is new and well equipped it is warm and comfortable the sofa could be a little bit more comfortable but we were not there a lot. The beds were comfortable The garden was secure and well maintained for our little dog the house is warm and has a large drive it is a 20 min walk into Lincoln on the flat.
