"Okay so the thing you have to understand is that the Kenricia (a historic hotel) is under extensive renovations, presently the elevator was not functioning and few rooms were available. It is also a very old building with creeky tall staircase, construction sites, boarded off sections and the historic scent of the bygone smoking in doors era. The staff were forthright and offered a refund but as it A) had secure parking B)a good price and c ) the room itself was very clean and newly renovated...
