"Extremely rude staff, very unhelpful, my family was sitting in the car was over 2 hours waiting starving just wanting to get in, and even after that the manager talked rudely and denied entry, so even before entering, who knows how horrible the hotel would of been 🙄"

"The room (126) smelled musty and so much so they had air fresheners in the AC unit but they didn’t do any good. Normally I’d get used to the musty smell but this was bad enough I could smell it during the night. The room seemed fairly clean overall. The towels are pretty threadbare. I didn’t use anything at the hotel except the ice machine."
