"Das Aussenschwimmbad und der Wellnessbereich haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Alles andere war nicht mehr als durchschnittlich. Das Personal wirkte auf uns gestresst . Wir haben darum gebeten schon um 14:00 Uhr das Zimmer zu beziehen. Der Check In wurde auf Punkt 15:00 Uhr festgelegt… lange Schlange an der Rezeption. Die Bezahlung der Zimmerrechnung (Kurtaxe und Parkplatz) dauerte mit Wartezeit 15 Minuten. Das uns zugewiesene Komfortzimmer 135 hatte keinen Ausblick . Im Zimmer keine Kaffeemaschine (...

"Nicht zu empfehlen! Rezeption vor Check-In Zeit nicht besetzt (okay), um 15:30 war dann aber auch niemand da. Check-in an sich dauerte auch ewig, Rezeptionistin ohne Gespür für die Situation. Toilette komplett verdreckt (?!). Zimmer zu warm. Nachts super hell da Vorhang nach oben nicht ausreicht. Nachts viel zu heiß da Heizung im Bad auf Maximum gestellt war (?!). Frühstück und Lage gut. Preis/Leistung miserabel."

"A beautiful, quiet and spacious house to start our family trip to the Kelheim and Regensburg area. Bedding was not put out for the second child and we had to hunt for pillowcases and duvet covers for everyone in a utility closet. Laundry access would have been very welcome in the heat wave. The cleaner arrived at 11am an hour before the 12 noon check out causing us some stress but it was otherwise a great stay."
