"They never got me after hours check in information so we ended up stranded at the airport. After the fact, I found an attempt to call me once through “WhatsApp”. They had my email and we had corresponded through it previously, but they did not attempt to contact me through it or messaging to gain information they may have needed or to give me directions on hotel accommodations. "Everything has been considered for a self catering holiday. Clean , comfortable and tastefully decorated. Safe gardens for children to play beautifully kept grounds and an added bonus was the animals . My gandchikdren loved feeding the goats and collecting freshly laid eggs from the hen house. Would definitely stay again . "

We had everything we needed - including a hob and oven, a fridge/freezer and a washing machine, as well as the standard hairdryer, iron and ironing board. "We enjoyed the stay compare to other properties in London, however I wish the stay will be more comfortable if the mattresses were 8 to 10inch as current mattress feel you sleep on rock hard surface. In addition I would use professional cleaners to clean the APT. "

"Hotel com acesso direto ao terminal 4 do aeroporto Heathrow, o que para nós foi ótimo para a estadia de uma noite, com vôo cedo no outro dia. Quarto confortável, atendimento muito bom, hotel muito silencioso. Chegamos antes do horário e eles gentilmente anteciparam nosso check-in. Para quem vai conhecer a cidade de Londres, o deslocamento até o centro pode ser um pouco cansativo pelo percurso de 30/40minutos, apesar de ter linha de metrô direto do aeroporto. Mas para quem tem um vôo bem cedo, é uma excelente opção. "
