The room allocated did not match the full sea view room that had been paid for, and although £50 was deducted from the bill, this did not adequately compensate for the downgrade. "The staff was very friendly and very helpful, because we put "do not disturb" sign outside the door so they even left us a note saying they would help if we need anything, and I find it very caring and helpful, and the room was very clean and smell very fresh and nice, definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family and me and my girlfriend I'll definitely come back!!"

"Lovely room and welcome by the Bev and the staff at the hotel who showed us to our room. The only downside to it was it was at the top of a steep staircase with no lift but it was a lovely big room with everything you needed. There was also a useful fridge in the room but we couldn’t use it as it was locked and didn’t have the key."

"The White Lodge B&B was a beautiful home to stay in. It was very clean and everything was catered for. Jean was very accommodating. Bailey was very attentive at breakfast. I would recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in Great Yarmouth. There was plenty of parking."
