"Positives: All the staff I encountered were lovely, helpful and friendly. This really made the stay. The breakfast was particularly good. "Room I was given was visible tired but when looking closer it was clear that the cleaning was not completed to a standard I would expect. Walls were full of holes and wall plugs, bathroom accessories were broken and to top it off no hot water in the morning. Personally I will not be staying here again."
