"Staff went out of their way to help. My husband had an upset stomach and the kitchen staff was very considerate and accommodated our needs. The front staff was able to provide a hot water bottle and some basic medicines. Couldn't have been more grateful. Thank you."

"We paid a premium for a waterfall pool suite but were given a room with no view. The local staff admitted no rooms with a room exist and marketing pictures on the website and Expedia are misleading. Hotel management would not make themselves available to deal with the situation.The hotel is dated. Rooms had bugs. The pool was not clean. Restaurant mediocre and does not cater well to western taste. Appalling experience, I am surprised Expedia continue to partner with them given the open...

"We family of four stayed for 3 days and it was really much enjoying experience as rooms were neat clean and spacious. Service was excellent. Morning breakfast was having adequate varities . They arranged for us separate space in another room since hall was full. Dinner buffet option available wirh good menu at reasonable cost. Overall nice experience and surely will visit again. "

"This place doesn’t have a leagal route of entry, you have to illegally take your car through back in a no entry street which by the way is against the law in order to reach on front entrance of this hotel , till midnight sounds of women and men talking and moving in the hallway were coming into the room , there was nothing to warm the room . "My friend and I were welcomed the moment we entered the building. The check-in process was pretty fast, and they guided us to the room. Complimentary daily breakfast and breakfast dishes were delicious. There is a restaurant at the top of the building. They provided the menu in each room, which you simply phone to order dishes. They will bring a tray of your order to your room. There is a TV and hundred of free channels in the room. The room and bathroom were clean, and the bed was comfortable....
