"Great overall but a little tired"

"Staff just superb. Parking by valet superb. The whole place is spotless. We never ate there as we were picking up with old friends to eat. Just a really lovely hotel thank you all. BT"

"I LIKED THE BONUS OF BEING ABLE TO PARK THE CAR AT THE HOTEL. WHAT I DID NOT LIKE WERE THINGS LIKE STICKY TABLES IN THE DINING ROOM. OFFERING FRESH GRAPEFRUIT AT BREAKFAST BUT NOT PROVIDING THE PROPER CUTLERY TO EAT IT. WE HAD A BALCONY BEDROOM WHICH WE DID NOT USE BECAUSE IT WAS COVERED IN SEAGULL FEATHERS, IT WAS LIKE IT WHEN WE ARRIVED SO IS NOT PART OF THE CLEANING PROGRAMME. THE SEAGULLS FAUGHT AND ROOSTED ON THE BEDROOM ROOF. SOME SORT OF DETERRENT NEEDS TO BE PUT IN PLACE. THE STAFF WERE...

"Great for a stopover stay. Rooms are clean and have what’s needed (and will take 4 as a teenager family). Decent breakfast. And staff are more friendly and helpful than you’d expect for a budget hotel. Decent price so happy all round."

"Staff nota 0. Limpeza praticamente inexistente. Cheguei de viagem e me deparei com o chao do quarto sujo: chao melecado, papel jogado e um guarda-chuvas no canto do quarto. Sem falar na sacada que nunca foi limpa na vida. Tambem nao substituem os ammenities do banheiro. A recepcao tambem nao é nada simpatica. Staff muito fraca no geral. "

"On arrival room wasn't ready.Had to wait nearly half an hour. Lift wasn't working so found climbing stairs difficult. Kettle blew all the fuses and had to be replaced.Room was large and bed comfortable."

"Night manager was very rude. No air con in the room and it was so hot. Sheets were dirty. Seats torn. Room not modernised since 70s/80s. Breakfast supposed to finish at 10:00. They told us they had packed it all away at 9:00. Won’t return."

"O hotel além de lindo é histórico. A localização é perfeita. Tem estacionamento no hotel mas é necessário reserva, mas tem um estacionamento público bem próximo. O quarto é muito bem decorada, com uma cama macia e tamanho do quarto agradável. O hotel tem um área externa gostosa e agradável. Café da manha excelente e o restaurante é perfeito. "
